  11. If you registered RAD 1.33 (or a lesser version) prior to 11/05/90 and want a 
  12. FREE key for RAD Plus, just send a self addressed envelope with a printout of 
  13. your rad.key file with the register.txt application in this bundle.  I'll
  14. create a key for you at NO COST.
